AICX™, including all related AICX™ solutions and verticals, is owned by Moonfish Properties LLC, HubMark S.A.P.I. de C.V., and Moonfish Propiedades S.A. de C.V., and is developed by The Moonfish Group™, in collaboration with HubMark.
The platform operates on secure cloud infrastructure and data management services provided by Yupio.
Platform stewardship, intellectual property governance, and system oversight are centrally managed to promote consistency, security, compliance, and long-term continuity across all AICX™ solutions and vertical implementations.
AICX™ is a family of bilingual digital communication and engagement platforms designed to support how organizations communicate, personalize interactions, and facilitate calls to action across digital channels.
The platform supports communication and engagement workflows only. It is not intended to replace human judgment, professional services, regulatory compliance obligations, or organizational decision-making. Platform capabilities and configurations vary by solution, deployment, and use case.
AICX™ operates solely as a digital communication medium and service layer that enables the delivery, routing, and orchestration of client-authorized messages and interactions.
All content transmitted through AICX™, including messages, responses, notifications, automated interactions, and calls to action, is either:
AICX™ does not independently originate, endorse, verify, or validate client content. Responsibility for the accuracy, legality, appropriateness, and compliance of all content distributed through the platform rests solely with the client.
AICX™ may enable communications through third-party messaging services, including the WhatsApp Business Platform.
Messages are delivered only to end users who have affirmatively opted in or otherwise provided valid consent to receive communications, in accordance with:
The client is solely responsible for obtaining, maintaining, and honoring all required user consents, including opt-in and opt-out mechanisms, and for complying with all applicable telecommunications, messaging, advertising, and data protection laws, including requirements under the U.S. Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), where applicable.
AICX™ does not act as the sender of record, does not control consent collection mechanisms outside the platform, and does not assume responsibility for the client's regulatory compliance obligations.
AICX™ incorporates artificial intelligence to assist with communication, personalization, segmentation, and interaction management.
AI-powered features are designed to support user workflows and enhance communication efficiency. All AI-generated outputs are informational in nature and do not constitute legal, financial, medical, political, or professional advice.
Responsibility for interpreting and applying platform outputs remains with the client.
AICX™ follows industry-aligned security and data protection practices, including encrypted communications, controlled access protocols, and secure API frameworks, supported by Yupio's infrastructure.
The platform supports compliance with applicable privacy regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), where relevant. Organizations using AICX™ remain responsible for meeting their own legal and regulatory obligations.
